Supplier Order Management 3.0

IBX Supplier Order Management 3.0 is the new and updated version of Supplier Order Management.

The reason for the upgrade is to further improve IBX service towards our sell-side customers.

For you as an IBX customer it means that you will have a more powerful and user friendly application to manage your customer orders and invoices.

User Friendly interface

The new user interface is designed by usability experts in cooperation with IBX suppliers using the current version of Supplier Order Management.

Migration for all suppliers is completed!

As of October 18th 2011, Order Management 2.0 is only available as an archive to view old orders and invoices. All new transactions will take place in the Supplier Order Management 3.0 application.

Features of Supplier Order Management

Supplier Order Management is an easy way to fulfill your customers’ requirements on electronic invoices and order responses. It also gives you a quick access to your incoming customer orders.

Manage Orders

Supplier Order Management allows Sellers to receive orders from all Buyers via IBX in one single web interface.

When managing your orders you may leave internal comments to your colleagues or just for your own sake. On the history tab you may easily follow-up all activities related with an order such as invoices, change orders and internal comments.

Manage Invoices

It is easy is to create an invoice based on an existing order. The whole order or single line items can be exported to the Invoice. The necessary invoice information is exported from the order and if the order is fully delivered and prices are correct. All values can be changed on the single invoice.

Order and Invoice matching

The buyer may configure matching rules that defines the accepted deviations between the invoice and the order. If your customer has set up such rules you will get an error message when trying to send an invoice which breaks the rules, for example invoicing a higher amount than on the order. The buyer can design individual matching rules for each group of suppliers.

IBX Subscriptions

IBX Subscriptions is an interactive service that allows your organization to receive notification emails regarding IBX Services and other relevant information.
